Objective

COAE ‘Global Awards’ is our way of empowering teachers to realize their potential in creating meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences for their students.

The recent global calamity tested the ability of our educators to adapt, transform, learn to unlearn and relearn. They sailed through these times smoothly without any prior exposure to the technological challenges that they faced.

In recognition of their invaluable contribution in keeping the wheels of our educational system running and serving the needs of the students in their care, COAE announces these awards for the nation builders, OUR EDUCATORS. They are the ones who without any hesitation and without any formal prior exposure accepted, adapted and implemented all that was required of them to ensure that their learners kept abreast, moved ahead, benefitted and grew academically, socially, emotionally, intellectually and digitally.

Virtual Teaching- Challenges faced by teachers

  • Huge amount of planning
  • Several tech hiccups at each end
  • Large variety of tools
  • Lack of preparation
  • Stress of being watched

Teachers around the globe faced these challenges and developed a new self-confidence, enhanced creativity, innovative mind-set, comfort with technology and the pleasure of being updated with 21st century skills to a large extent. Lesson plans prepared by our teachers during the virtual teaching and learning period have proved this.

With our teachers ongoing contribution in mind, COAE International has always been dedicated and committed to encourage them to continue their beautiful journey and keep creating value for the learners.
